Sampling Process

Step 1: Requirement

We work collaboratively with our buyer requirements about fabric weight, composition, trims and quality. So that we can achieve the desired result and meet the expectation.

Step3: Raw Materials Approval

After approval of illustration, we source raw material from different countries as per the quality required by buyers.

Step 4: Designing

After approval of illustration, we source raw material from different countries as per the quality required by buyers.

Steup 5: Proto Sampling

We make the first sample as per buyer approved illustration which is called proto sample, so that buyer can review all micro details like fabric material, trim, quality (fabric, embroidery and printing), fit and overall product.

Step 6: Costing

We do costing on the basis of buyer feedback on Proto samples and what they want in their production, then we share all information with buyers about costing (FOB/CIF), payment terms (advance/ BOL) MOQ, production lead time.

Step 7: Size Fit Approval

After agreement on costing, We digitized the pattern for size set samples.

Step 8: Photo Sample Approval

We send photo samples for photography to buyer premises.

Step 9: PO Setup and Pre-Production sample

After receiving a purchase order, we set up orders in our system then send the order confirmation to the buyer to review all details about items, delivery date, quantity, price and payment terms. Before starting production, we send the PP (Pre-Production) Sample for buyer approval.

Step 10: Production Initiation

After approval of the Pre-Production Sample, we start the production process like cutting, fabrication and finishing.

Step 11: Quality check

We do In-Line quality checks during fabrication to ensure that we achieved all quality standards as per buyer requirements.

Step 12: Shipment Creation

We prepare the packing list, shipping labels, and Performa Invoice after finishing the fabrication.

Step 13: Final Inspection

Our quality team checks each and every unit as per quality standard and makes sure all goods will ship in proper condition.

Step 14: Final Dispatch

We generate the e-Way Bill, Invoice, Packing List, Mode of Shipment and Tracking and share all details to the buyer.
